WinCalendar Version 3 (initial release August 29, 2010) contains the following new features as compared to prior Version 2.76:

 

1) Compatibility with Office 2010, Office 2013/Office 365 (32 bit only) .

 

2) Support for Italic text on imported calendar data (Google Calendar / Outlook Calendar) .

 

3) Ability to turn On/Off display of End Time for each imported Google / Outlook Calendar.

 

4) Ability to turn On/Off display of Location specific to each imported Google / Outlook Calendar.

 

5) Ability to turn On/Off display of Long Description (a.k.a Appointment Body) specific to each imported Google / Outlook Calendar.

 

6) Support for appointment data Prefixes (user specified text to appear before each appointment) specific to each imported Google / Outlook Calendar.

 

7) Spreadsheet Table import (Excel only) utilizing Excel's AutoFilter.

 

8) Importing of Outlook Calendar custom fields into Spreadsheet Table: Billing Information, Categories, Organizer, Resources, Required Attendees (Pro version only)

 

9) Filter imported data by any text: restated you can now specify a search text - any appointments that do not contain this text is not imported.

 

10) Support for up to 10 imported Google Calendars (Pro version only - Standard license supports 3).

 

11) Support for shading and text color specific to each Outlook Calendar.

 

12) Pop-up calendar now has weekends shaded for enhanced intuitiveness.

 

13) Pop-up calendar now supports Start with Monday.

 

14) Improvements to Agenda format.  More accurate layout positioning.

 

15) General Speed improvements - calendars are now generated quicker.

 

16) WinCalendar now displays the day of the month as part of the WinCalendar icon on the System Tray.
