at this point i think it is reasonable to hope/assume that there will be a connection established to a border or quarantine facility. a whole lot of people who work at the airport live in south auckland.

Erm, not so much on the digital stuff. Don't panic folks, the [probably mostly manual] contact tracing system is going to do its thing, and we should wish all the public health staff godspeed. Remember that risk is not binary and that many exposure risks are low, so don't panic.
