Why did 4,000 cases/day used as a benchmark for loosening of restrictions? When cases were 2,000 per day, KKM were crying that hospitals are getting swamped. At 4,000 cases, What was the infectivity rate? What was the level of ICU utilisation? Where’s the science? Why 4,000?
