There is a problem with the govt's approach to compassionate exemptions. I've been saying this for literally months. But you cannot coherently demand a resumption of compassionate exemptions while also demanding zero risk of covid outside isolation. The two are contradictory.

Apropos of nothing, there is a massive limit to workplace "wellness" discourse. It's *good* to have techniques to manage stress and workload personally, but many workplace stresses are structural and come from management.
