I was diagnosed with UC on March 2018 , after losing 2 stone in 6 weeks and 8 days in hospital. Thankfully under control with drugs now but it is a more common disease than people think and very misunderstood. Today is world IBD day to raise awareness..... #WorldIBDDay2022 https://t.co/WHeqa57EFs
